Progressive die stamping is a process very cost-effective and widely used for mass production of stamped parts which require complicated in-press operations manufacture, because it can be completely automated and have a high dimensional accuracy. It is specially used to produce large series of small and medium parts.

We can cater any complex and critical stamping upto 400mm dia. by developing a progressive tool and successfully running the same on our finest High spped press ranging from 60 - 350 Ton.
TOLERANCES
In addition to a high production rate, progressive die stamping process, Sarth Stampings offers high precision and quality products. Tolerances in this process are very low and it’s depend on the part, design and material. We work with the customer to define the appropriate production parameters and develop the desired part with the customer requirements.
